NOTHING. Hello, me and 13 other friends arrived to this hotel property at midnight of March 2. We were met by a half naked man behind the desk who told us that the hotel has been rebranded to a shelter and thus does not exist anymore. We couldn’t believe what we were told in a middle of night after a long drive! No one let us know about this before. NO ONE! The booking seemed to be confirmed back in that time. I called to your customer service that was unhelpful. They did not help us at all. We were waiting on a help from your colleagues for 40 minutes but he never called back. At 2 am we finally found a hotel in the next city after literally knocking on doors of two motels. I paid MORE than for my original reservation!!! Do you know what is insane? 2 things: Firstly, the original booking was canceled at 1:30 am that night like nothing happened. Secondly, I received an email FROM YOU where you asked me to rate our stay at this shelter!!! I really would like to know how you are going to compensate me because I have never ever experienced such horrible moment in my life. 14 people in total were lost in middle of nowhere in midnight and your staff wasn’t helpful at all.

sleeping part of the room was recently renovated (except the bed - mattress seemed to be old) - this the only reason they get any points above 1!
